Rescue forces said Tuesday they pulled a fourth body from a multi-story underground car park that collapsed a day before in Israel's financial capital Tel Aviv.

KAMPALA -- Uganda's ministry of health on Tuesday declared an end of the deadly yellow fever outbreak that has killed three people and infected another seven in the central and western parts of the country.

Anthony Mbonye, acting Director General of Health Services in a statement issued here said that the declaration follows no evidence of any active Yellow Fever transmission for the June 1-30 period.(Uganda-Yellow fever)

WARSAW -- Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said here on Tuesday he would not meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Moscow on Sept. 9 as had initially been planned, the Polish Press Agency (PAP) reported.
