Feature: China Brand Pavilion unveiled at IAF 2016

A pavilion where Chinese leading household appliances products get collectively displayed was unveiled at IFA 2016 in Berlin on Sunday.

Global Markets at Station Berlin, as the location of the China Brand Pavilion, is also the affiliated venue of this year's IFA for only trade visitors.

Around 140 Chinese brands in the pavilion show the latest development outcomes and trend of China's household appliances industry, including Haier's internet refrigerator, Changhong's artificial intelligence TV, Galanz's microwave oven with two frequency conversion mode etc.

The pavilion has been hosted by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, and organized by its foreign trade department and the Chinese Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME).

The pavilion presents the best products from China to consumers from all over the world and also serves as a platform for commercial communication, said Wang Guiqing, deputy head of the CCCME.

The increasing Chinese exhibitors are key to the success of IFA, and many small and medium-sized companies from China support nowadays the supply chain of the whole industry, Jens Heithecker, IFA's global executive director told Xinhua.

New technologies have brought enormous opportunities to Chinese companies, said Wang Yuechun, international promotion manager from the Chinese TV manufacturer Changhong.

"I believe Chinese enterprises will seize the opportunities and offer the world more products needed in the market," Wang said.
