LME base metals close mixed on Thursday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Thursday.

The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 8 U.S. dollars, or 0.17 percent, to 4,616 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 18 U.S. dollars, or 1.11 percent, to 1,601 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 29 U.S. dollars, or 1.53 percent, to 1,924 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.43 percent, to 2,328 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 12.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.13 percent, to 9,827.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 277.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.47 percent, to 19,120 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
