Singapore condemns attack on Chinese Embassy in Kyrgyzstan

Singapore on Tuesday condemned the attack on the Chinese Embassy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) said in a statement that such attacks against a foreign embassy, which is a diplomatic compound protected under the Vienna Convention, cannot be condoned.

The ministry added that they wish the injured a speedy recovery.

The Chinese Embassy in Bishkek, capital of Kyrgyzstan, was the site of a car bomb Tuesday morning. Three people employed by the embassy were injured in the attack. Endit
