Urgent: India lifts curfew from Kashmir after 52 days of violence

The Indian authorities on Monday lifted curfew on Indian-controlled Kashmir, after 52 days of lockdown in the northern region following unrest over the killing of a 22-year-old militant in July, in which more than 70 people have been killed and 7,000 others injured. Endit
