Massive fire breaks out at paint factory in Sri Lanka

A major fire broke out in a paint factory in Peliyagoda in the outskirts of Sri Lanka's capital Colombo on Friday, police said.

At least four fire trucks had arrived at the scene to douse the flames while nearby residents were immediately evacuated by the police.

Police are yet to ascertain the cause of the fire and have launched investigations.

No injuries have been reported for now. Endit
