Saudi Arabia's deputy crown prince to visit China

Saudi Arabia's Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will visit China from Aug. 29 to 31, at the invitation of Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli, a spokesperson announced Wednesday.

The two sides will host the first meeting of an intergovernmental joint committee between China and Saudi Arabia during Prince Mohammed's visit, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lu Kang said.

The prince, also the country's defense minister, will also attend G20 Summit in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou, scheduled September 4-5. Endit
