Dollar changes hands in lower 100 yen range in early trade in Tokyo

The U.S. dollar changed hands predominantly in the lower 100 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Wednesday morning, largely in line with levels seen overnight in New York.

At the opening bell, the dollar was trading at 100.31-32 yen compared with 100.20-30 yen in New York and 100.09-11 yen at 5 p.m. on Tuesday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1302-1302 dollars and 113.37-38 yen against 1.1301-1311 dollars and 113.29-39 yen in New York and 1.1344-1346 dollars and 113.54-58 yen in late trade in Tokyo on Tuesday afternoon. Endit
