FC Barcelona coach Luis Enrique was remaining tight lipped about the future of goalkeeper Claudio Bravo ahead of Saturday's Liga debut at home to Betis.
Bravo has been strongly linked with a move to Manchester City, but with Ter Stegen out with a knee injury the Chilean is almost certain to start against Betis in what could be his last appearance as a 'Blaugrana.'
However, talking to the press, the Barca coach was giving nothing away, saying he was not going to talk about "suppositions" when asked if that could be the case.
He was happier discussing new players such as Samuel Umtiti and Lucas Digne, who both have a chance of starting on Saturday as a result of injuries to Javier Mascherano, Jeremy Mathieu and Andres Iniesta.
"They have had good game time, but you can't see how a player has adapted in just two games. It is always hard to change city, club and companions so we have to take things calmly," he said.
Barca kick off the season after winning the past two league titles, but Luis Enrique was confident there would be no lack of motivation in the coming campaign.
"What makes this squad different is the capacity to reinvent itself and to compete in every training session. The titles are in the past now and what matters is the present and the immediate future. You get motivation by having top level players, because it's hard to be here for a long time."
"Every league is difficult to win and we will have the same rivals as always, but I would rather think about the work we do at Barcelona and forget the rivals," concluded the confident coach. Enditem
