Dollar changes hands slightly below 100 yen in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands slightly below 100 yen early Thursday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 99.89-90 yen compared with 100.23-33 yen in New York and 100.70-72 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.1298-1298 dollars and 112.85-88 yen against 1.1286-1296 dollars and 113.15-25 yen in New York and 1.1269-1270 dollars and 113.48-52 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endit
