Shanghai Shenhua beats Guangzhou Evergrande 2-1

Nigerian Obafemi Martins scored twice to help Shanghai Shenhua beat defending champion Guangzhou Evergrande 2-1 in the 22nd round of 2016 Chinese Super League (CSL) on Saturday.

Martins, 32, broke the deadlock only 4 minute after starting, then Gao Lin of Guangzhou Evergrande equalized 8 minutes later from Kim Young-Gwon's pass, but Martins scored the second goal in the 42nd minute to seal the victory for Shanghai Shenhua.

Shanghai SIPG' s Jean Evrard scored from long distance in the 10th minute, and Yanbian Fude equalized by Bubacarr' s goal in the 17th minute.

Elsewhere, Hangzhou Greentown completely tore up Henan Jianye with 3-0 at home, while Shijiazhuang Ever Bright tied a 2-2 draw with Tianjin Teda. Endit
