7.2-magnitude quake jolts Loyalty Islands in S. Pacific: CENC

A 7.2-magnitude earthquake hit an area southeast of the Loyalty Islands in the South Pacific Ocean at 9:26 a.m. Beijing Time on Friday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter, with a depth of about 10 km, was monitored at 22.52 degrees south latitude and 173.16 degrees east longitude. Endit
