Urgent: Rouhani says U.S. failed to fulfill nuke obligations "accurately"

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said here Tuesday that the United States has failed to fulfill its nuclear obligations "accurately."

"If they were committed to their promises accurately, and did not hinder the process of nuclear deal implementation, we could count on them and sit to discuss other issues with them," Rouhani said in a live televised speech. Endit
