LME base metals close mixed on Friday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed mixed on Friday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.22 percent, to 4,916 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 30 U.S. dollars, or 1.87 percent, to 1,638 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price lost 6.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.36 percent, to 1,799 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 20 U.S. dollars, or 0.91 percent, to 2,218 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 50 U.S. dollars, or 0.47 percent, to 10,562.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price remained unchanged at 17,800 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
