Dollar changes hands in upper 104 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 104 yen zone early Friday morning in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar changed hands at 104.78-80 yen compared with 105.23-33 yen in New York and 104.68-70 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Thursday.

The euro fetched 1.1082-1082 dollars and 116.11-14 yen against 1.1071-1081 dollars and 116.54-64 yen in New York and 1.1102-1104 dollars and 116.22-26 yen in Tokyo late Thursday afternoon. Endit
