Dollar changes hands in lower 106 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 106 yen zone in early deals on Monday morning in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar changed hands at 106.26-27 yen compared with 106.19-29 yen in New York and 106.10-12 yen at 5 p.m. on Friday in Tokyo.

The euro fetched 1.0969-0971 dollars and 116.57-58 yen against 1.0972-0982 dollars and 116.45-55 yen in New York and 1.1025-1027 dollars and 116.98-117.02 yen on Friday afternoon in Tokyo. Endit
