British FTSE 100 rose 0.46 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday rose by 0.46 percent, or 30.59 points, to 6,730.48 points.

Share price of Vodafone Group increased by 4.64 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Hikma Pharmaceuticals, CRH, AstraZeneca and Diageo increased by 2.70 percent, 2.60 percent, 1.97 percent and 1.47 percent respectively.

EasyJet led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 3.75 percent, following by Marks & Spencer Group (3.56 percent), Berkeley Group Holdings (3.41 percent), Rolls-Royce Holdings (3.16 percent) and Lloyds Banking Group (3.04 percent). Endit
