"Cold War II" continues to lead Chinese box office

"Cold War II" continued to dominate the Chinese film market in the week ending July 17, earning 277 million yuan (41.4 million U.S. dollars), China Film News reported on Tuesday.
The domestic release has raked in 577 million yuan since its release on July 8.
Domestic animation "Big Fish & Chinese Flowering Crabapple" came in second with 235 million yuan in sales in Chinese theaters last week. It has made 464 million yuan since July 8.
Third place went to domestic romance "So Young 2: Never Gone," which has grossed 308 million yuan since hitting screens on July 8.
Domestic romance "When Larry Met Mary" landed in fourth place, ringing up 109 million yuan in its debut week.
Rounding out the top five was "Tik Tok," a China-Republic of Korea action movie, which has grossed 52.3 million yuan since hitting screens on July 15. Endi
