Indian stocks saw extreme swings between gains and losses before ending mildly higher Thursday.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,201.49, 34.62 points or 0.13 percent down from previous close of 27,166.87, with a turnover of 457.22 crore rupees (about 67.8 million US dollars). Endit
