Spanish stock market rises 0.72 pct, closes at 8,163 points

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.72 percent on Thursday to close at 8,163.30 points, up from the 8,105.30 points of Wednesday.

Indra A shares led rises climbing 3.84 percent, followed by Gas Natural, Grifols, Endesa, Abertis A and Gamesa that rose 3.33 percent, 2.97 percent, 2.94 percent, 2.72 percent and 2.49 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Popular led falls losing 4.0 percent, followed by ArcelorMittal, Banco Sabadell, Banco Santander, Bankinter and Caixabank that lost 1.69 percent, 1.42 percent, 1.35 percent, 1.22 percent and 1.01 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium closed at 134.60 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.2 percent, both showing no big differences when compared with Wednesday's closing time. Endit
