Leicester eye Brazilian forward

Xinhua, June 29, 2016 Adjust font size:

English Premier League champions Leicester are preparing a second offer for Brazilian forward Eduardo Sasha, according to media reports.

Brazilian Serie A outfit Internacional have already rejected a nine million-euro bid for their 60% share of the 24-year-old's economic rights, the Uol news portal said on Tuesday.

Leicester will send representatives to the southern Brazilian city of Porto Alegre in the coming days in an attempt to complete the transfer in the first week of July, the report added.

The remainder of Sasha's economic rights are held by the player himself (30%) and investor Delcir Sonda (10%).

Sasha, whose contract with Internacional runs until the end of 2017, has also been linked to Manchester United and Udinese. Enditem
