Indian market closed higher Thursday as polling began on EU referendum in Britain.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 27,002.22, 236.57 points or 0.88 percent up from the previous close of 26,765.65, with a turnover of 451.47 crore rupees (about 67.0 million US dollars). Endit
