LME base metals increase on Wednesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Wednesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 79 U.S. dollars, or 1.70 percent, to 4,716 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 2 U.S. dollars, or 0.12 percent, to 1,632 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 11.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.67 percent, to 1,716 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 23 U.S. dollars, or 1.14 percent, to 2,041 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 72.5 U.S. dollars, or 0.79 percent, to 9,212.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 100 U.S. dollars, or 0.59 percent, to 17,155 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
