Dollar in upper 104 yen zone in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. dollar changed hands at the upper 104 yen level early Wednesday in Tokyo.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 104.69-70 yen compared with 104.72-82 yen in New York and 104.46-48 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro fetched 1.1250-1250 dollars and 117.77-78 yen against 1.1237-1247 dollars and 117.72-82 yen in New York and 1.1339-1341 dollars and 118.45-49 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endit
