Six African countries from the Great Lakes region which hosts 3.4 million displaced people have resolved to embrace local integration as a solution to displacement.

GENEVA -- Limited vaccine supplies, poor sanitation, inadequate disease surveillance systems and everyday cross-border interaction could turn the yellow fever outbreak in Angola and beyond into a larger crisis, if immediate community-based action is not taken, an international body warned Wednesday.

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong's Secretary for Food and Health Ko Wing-man said on Wednesday that live poultry trade will resume on Thursday.
Ko told the media that all of the 3360 samples taken from all local poultry farms as well as the 270 samples from Cheung Sha Wan wholesale poultry market tested negative for H7N9 bird flu virus. The government decided to resume live poultry trade on Thursday after assessing the risks.(HK-Poultry)

RABAT -- Morocco will host a Mediterranean climate conference from July 18 to 19 in the Northern city of Tangiers to cope with climate change.
