Boko Haram retook the Nigerien city of Bosso, which is close to Nigeria, after a night attack, according to a military source.

BRUSSELS -- Three people were killed and nine injured in a crash between a passenger train and a freight train at about 11 p.m. on Sunday local time in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse, a town in the French-speaking Wallonia region of Belgium, near the city of Liege.
"A passenger train struck a freight train on the same track in Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse. Three people were killed in the accident and nine wounded people were taken to hospital," Frederic Sacre, a spokesman for the Belgian rail infrastructure operator Infrabel, told Xinhua. TORONTO -- Ontario's health minister said Monday that Canada's most populous province will ensure that drugs for medically assisted dying will be available at no cost.
Eric Hoskins also said Ontario will establish a referral service that will connect physicians unwilling or unable to provide medically assisted dying with those who are willing to complete a patient's consultation and assessment on the matter. (Canada-Euthanasia)

AMMAN -- Jordan said late Monday it arrested an attacker who earlier in the day killed five intelligence personnel, the state-run Petra news agency reported.
Jordan's Minister of State for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani said it seems a lone wolf attack according to initial indicators.
He added that investigation was still going on.
