Spanish stock market Ibex-35 rises 0.25 pct

The Spanish stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.25 percent on Monday to close at 8,823.50 points, up from the 8,801.60 points of Friday.

On Monday session, ArcelorMittal shares led rises climbing 3.33 percent, followed by Repsol, Tecnicas Reunidas, Gas Natural, Sacyr and Acciona that rose 3.19 percent, 1.39 percent, 1.30 percent, 1.15 percent and 1.06 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Banco Popular shares led falls losing 2.86 percent, followed by Mediaset, IAG, OHL, Ferrovial and Bankinter that lost 1.48 percent, 1.14 percent, 0.95 percent, 0.85 percent and 0.70 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 143.70 points on Monday's closing time, slightly above the 139.20 points of Friday closing time, and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate closed at 1.520 percent compared to 1.6 percent of Friday. Enditem
