An Afghan lawmaker was killed and 11 people wounded in a bomb attack in Kabul on Sunday, an Interior Ministry spokesman said.

"A member of Afghanistan parliament Shir Wali Wardak martyred as a result of an explosion in Kabul this evening," spokesman Sediq Sediqqi tweeted. (Afghanistan-Bomb Attack)

HANOI -- Bodies of three people who went missing after a tourist boat capsized in Han River in Vietnam's central Da Nang city Saturday night, were recovered on Sunday.

MANILA -- A policeman was killed and two others wounded in an attack by suspected leftist New People's Army (NPA) in the central Philippine province of Masbate on Sunday, police said.
