Indian stocks closed flat Friday as weekend holidays ahead and subdued signals from European markets weighed against the market sentiment.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 26,843.03, 0.11 points down from the previous close of 26,843.14, with a turnover of 598.59 crore rupees (about 89.0 million U.S. dollars). Endit
