Singapore's Goh Chok Tong to visit S. Korea

Singapore's Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong will visit South Korea from Tuesday to Friday, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in a statement on Tuesday.

MFA said Goh will deliver a keynote speech at the 11th Jeju Forum for Peace and Prosperity under the theme "Asia's New Order and Cooperative Leadership" on Thursday.

During the Jeju Forum, Goh will also attend a welcome dinner hosted by South Korea's Minister of Unification Hong Yong-pyo, and a VIP luncheon hosted by Jeju Governor Won Hee-ryong.

Goh will be accompanied by officials from the Prime Minister's Office and MFA, the authority added in the statement. Endit
