-- Ethiopian Foreign Affairs Minister Tedros Adhanom has emphasized on the need to intensify efforts for a greater trade and investment relation with Italy.

Dr. Tedros's remark came on the margins of the 4th Italy-Africa Ministerial Meeting in Rome where he met with his Italian counterpart Paolo Gentolini. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)

-- Indonesian Ambassador to Ethiopia Imam Santoso has said Ethiopia has become Africa's prime Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) destination attracting businesses from across the world.

The country is transforming into a trade and investment hub as it is preferred by many companies from China, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. Indonesian Embassy in Addis Ababa organized a day long cultural bazaar at the embassy premises where Ambassador Santoso spoke about the booming trade and investment activities in Ethiopia.
