Guideline for China's innovation-driven development published

The offprint of a guideline on China's innovation-driven development has been published by the People's Publishing House.

The blueprint was released Thursday by the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and the State Council.

It pledges that China will be an "innovative nation" by 2020, and an international leader in innovation by 2030.

The third step of the strategy will be establishing China as a world powerhouse of scientific and technological innovation by 2050. Endi
