Terrorist hideout found in Northern Ireland: media

Xinhua, May 17, 2016 Adjust font size:

A terrorist hideout containing explosive items has been found at Capanagh Forest near Larne, County Antrim of Northern Ireland, the BBC reported on Monday.

The hideout was spotted after two people found suspicious objects in the woods on Saturday evening. The items had been removed by police for further examination.

The police are trying to confirm whether there is a link to a finding in March, when a significant terrorist hideout containing bomb-making components and explosives were found at Carnfunnock Country Park near Larne. Enditem
