Everton manager Martinez sacked

English Premier League side Everton have sacked manager Roberto Martinez.

Everton are placed 12th after losing 3-1 to champions Leicester last Saturday and 3-0 to Sunderland on Wednesday.

Martinez, who replaced David Moyes in 2013, led the club to just five league wins at home all season.

His best feat came in the first season when Everton finished fifth. Endit
