Dollar in lower 109 yen level in early Tokyo trading

The U.S. Dollar changed hands at the lower 109 yen level early Wednesday morning in Tokyo.

At 9:00 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 109.21-23 yen compared with 109.22-32 yen in New York and 108.88-90 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

The euro was quoted at 1.1373-1374 dollars and 124.20-21 yen against 1.1368-1378 dollars and 124.18-28 yen in New York and 1.1390-1391 dollars and 124.02-06 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday afternoon. Endit
