-- The rapport between Ethiopia and China has gone beyond bilateral engagement with the ever growing people to people ties between the two nations, according to Seyoum Mesfin, Ethiopia's Ambassador to the People's Republic of China.

-- The Ethiopian ministry of mines, petroleum and natural gas has revoked mineral exploration and production licenses of 32 companies due to lack of financial capacity and for failure to fulfill their duties.
