The following are highlights of leading Nigerian media outlets on Tuesday.

-- The Federal Government has said it would pay subsidy on Premium Motor Spirit, otherwise known as petrol, from the recoveries made in the first quarter of 2016.

This is contained in the latest Petroleum Product Pricing Regulatory Agency template released in Abuja on Monday. (Vanguard)

-- There were indications on Monday that the Reconciliation Committee of the National Assembly on the 2016 budget was rounding off work to produce a clean copy of the document to be submitted to President Muhammadu Buhari this week.
