The following are the highlights of Zambia's major media outlets on Monday.

-- Zambia's President Edgar Lungu has warned people in the country against abusing certain provisions in the constitution like freedom of expression to bring about anarchy.

Lungu has urged political players to desist from using unpalatable language towards each other and refrain from confrontations.

The Zambian leader, in remarks delivered when he graced jubilee commemoration for Reformed Church, called for coexistence among people through the use of palatable language towards each other and refrain from confrontational situations. (THE POST)

-- Zambia's Vice-President Inonge Wina has called upon all Africans based overseas to invest back in their respective countries and be part of transforming the continent.

The Zambian vice-president, who was speaking when she officiated at the third Annual Africa Summit where she was invited by the London School of Economics in London, said Africans who live in other continents need to make a difference and invest in Africa. (ZAMBIA DAILY MAIL).

-- Tanzania-Zambia Railway Authority's (TAZARA) newly-appointed managing director has warned of stern action against managers who fail to perform.

Bruno Ching'andu, who was introduced to the executive management committee last Friday, said managers who will fail to perform under his reign would be dismissed.

The new TAZARA boss said managers should ensure that enough revenue was generated for both the management and workers because employees were the biggest asset of the company and that he will not allow a situation where workers go for months without salaries.

The railway line, co-owned by Zambia and Tanzania, has been facing operational challenges over the years. (TIMES OF ZAMBIA).

-- Zambia has been kicked out of the African Cup of Nations Futsal Championship in South Africa after losing to Mozambique 2-1 on post-match penalties.
