Xinhua, April 23, 2016 Adjust font size:

Yanbian Fude lost to Henan Jianye 1-2 here on Saturday in the 6th round of Chinese Super League (CSL). The Newly-promoted team had lost the latest two games since last weekend.

Eddi Gomes snatched the chance in chaos after a corner-kick and broke the deadlock in the 13th minute, while Javier Patino enlarged the advantage of the guest team in the 68th minute after winning a one-on-one dual in a counter attack.

Although Yanbian bench player Cui Ren' s powerful shot pulled one back in the 78th minute, neither Ha Tae-Goon nor Kim Seung-Dae could equalize the score before the final whistle.

Yanbian had lost away to Shandong Luneng 1-3 last week, the team lost only twice at home in 17 matches since last season.

"Thanks to all our fans and players, they all had tried their bests today," said Park Tae-Ha, head coach of Yanbian team. Endit
