Indian stocks close marginally lower

India stocks ended on a flat note with a downward bias on Friday, as investors seemed cautious during the ongoing fourth quarter earnings season.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 25,838.14, 42.24 points or 0.16 percent down from previous close of 25,880.38, with a turnover of 637.95 crore rupees (about 95.9 million U.S. dollars). Endit
