LME base metals mostly increase on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) mostly closed higher on Tuesday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 95 U.S. dollars, or 1.97 percent, to 4,917.5 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 18 U.S. dollars, or 1.15 percent, to 1,582 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 26 U.S. dollars, or 1.50 percent, to 1,754 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 22 U.S. dollars, or 1.16 percent, to 1,923 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 127.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.41 percent, to 9,190 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price lost 10 U.S. dollars, or 0.06 percent, to 1,7140 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
