Urgent: At least 40 wounded in Kabul truck bombing

At least 40 people were wounded after a deadly blast and ensuing gunfight rocked near the Afghan presidential palace on Tuesday, a health official told Xinhua.

The casualties of the possible suicide truck bombing might further go up, he added.

The Taliban militant group has claimed responsibility for the attack which took place at 8:50 a.m. (0420 GMT). Enditem
