British FTSE 100 decreases 0.34 pct on Friday

FTSE 100 Index, British benchmark stock market gauge, Friday decreased by 0.34 percent, or 21.35 points, to 6,343.75 points.

Share price of SABMiller increased by 1.59 percent, topped the gainers of the blue chips. Royal Bank of Scotland Group, Vodafone Group, Antofagasta and Tesco increased by 1.47 percent, 1.30 percent, 1.29 percent and 1.07 percent respectively.

Travis Perkins led the top losers of the blue chips with a share price drop of 4.62 percent, following by Ashtead Group (4.01 percent), Berkeley Group Holdings (3.83 percent), Intu Properties (3.55 percent) and Kingfisher(2.96 percent). Endit
