Urgent: Strong earthquake hits Japan's Kumamoto again, causing panic

A strong earthquake rattled Kumamoto Prefecture in southwestern Japan on Saturday, causing panic among residents.

Local officials told Xinhua in the town of Mashiki that the quake was measured at 7.1 magnitude.

Xinhua's reporters saw residents rush to streets in the blackout caused by the tremor. Enditem
