Yanbian beats Beijing to snatch first CSL victory

Promoted Yanbian defeated Beijing Guoan 1-0 in the team's first home game of Chinese Super League on Saturday.

The last time Yanbian showed up at home in the top league was 15 years ago. Ha Tae-Goon headed the only goal of the game in the 16th minute and Yanbian maintained the advantage till the end to secure their first victory for this season.

Another CSL side Jiangsu Suning drew 1-1 with Hebei China Fortune to top the league. Both teams had spent over 176 million euros in the last winter international transfer market.

In the 21st minute, Ramires received Zhou Yun's pass to breke the ice for Jiangsu Suning with a header. But Stephane M'Bia replied for the home side with a volley in the 58th minute.

In the other two games on Saturday, Liaoning Whowin and Chongqing Lifan drew 1-1 with Henan Jianye and Shanghai SIPG respectively. Endit
