Xinhua, April 1, 2016 Adjust font size:

A wild giant panda has been spotted in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Region of Sichuan Province, county authorities said on Friday.

The female panda in good health and weighing about 100 kg was seen 200 meters from a villager's yard. Villagers captured it in fear it might be attacked by their hunting dogs and released it nearby.

It is the second wild giant panda spotted in Zhaojue County since 2014. Endi
