Number of foreign visitors to Albania rises in Q4 last year

The number of foreign citizens coming to Albania increased by 11.6 percent in the fourth quarter 2015, compared with the same period of 2014, Albanian Statistics Institute reported on Friday.

The report said the number of foreign visitors to Albania was 665,823 in the quarter. Among them, the visitors coming for business purposes accounted for 1.6 percent.

The number of foreign visitors from European region was 629,144 and made up 94.5 percent of the total. Endit
