The second suicide bomber in Brussels airport terror attacks has been identified as Najim Laachraoui, a man wanted by police in connection with the Paris attacks, Belgian media reports said on Wednesday.
Laachraoui, a suspected accomplice of Salah Abdeslam, had been the subject of a police appeal for information since Monday after his DNA was found at two properties in Belgium believed to have been used as hideouts after the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris. (Belgium-Attack)

PYONGYANG -- The top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Kim Jong Un, has guided a ground test for heavy-lift, solid-fuel rocket engine and its separation, the country's official news agency KCNA reported on Thursday.
The test was aimed at testing the structural safety and the thrust of the newly developed rocket engine and estimate the working specification of heat separation system, said KCNA. (DPRK-Leader-Military)

UNITED NATIONS (Xinhua) -- A nationwide cessation of hostilities in Yemen will start at midnight on April 10, the UN special envoy, Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed, said on Wednesday.

MOSCOW -- Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his German counterpart, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, on Wednesday urged the conflicting sides in Ukraine to fully implement the Minsk peace agreement.
