Urgent: EU leaders reach agreement on migrant deal position to offer to Turkey

European Union (EU) leaders reached agreement on a common position to present to Turkey on tackling the migrant crisis, said the prime minister of Luxembourg late Thursday.

European Council President Donald Tusk would present it to the Turkish prime minister on Friday morning, according to Xavier Bettel, who wrote on Twitter. Endit
