LME base metals close higher on Thursday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed higher on Thursday.

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 104 U.S. dollars, or 2.11 percent, to 5,044 U.S. dollars per tonne.

The three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 11 U.S. dollars, or 0.73 percent, to 1,524 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 38 U.S. dollars, or 2.13 percent, to 1,822 U.S. dollars a tonne.

Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price increased 63 U.S. dollars, or 3.59 percent, to 1,817 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 307.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.58 percent, to 8,887.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 200 U.S. dollars, or 1.19 percent, to 17,025 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
